Delivery includes bringing items inside your home to the first dry, accessible area (such as an entryway or garage). Please ensure clear access on the delivery day, as carriers are unable to install or move items beyond the designated drop-off area.

    Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

    Accessories including but not limited to: chimneys, short kits, extensions and trim kits are not returnable.
