House Fire Grill was founded in 2024, backed by more than 10 years of experience in e-commerce and customer service.

After years of working in online retail, one thing became clear: many homeowners weren’t just struggling to find quality appliances and outdoor living products — they were struggling to find clear guidance, honest answers, and reliable support throughout the buying process. Confusing information, unclear delivery expectations, and lack of follow-up after purchase had become far too common.
