We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, freight providers, weather conditions, scheduling constraints, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, if a shipping issue arises, customers are encouraged to contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the carrier to help resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
Shipping methods and delivery services are selected based on product size, weight, and destination to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
For freight shipments, delivery is curbside unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page. Customers are responsible for arranging assistance to move heavy or oversized items beyond curbside delivery.
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Title to products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

All sales and purchases are made directly with House Fire Grill (operated by HouseFireGrill LLC.), not Shopify.
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and House Fire Grill.
