Warranty Policy

Effective Date: September 26, 2025

1. Overview

Many of the BBQ grills, outdoor kitchens, pizza ovens, and accessories we sell are backed by a manufacturers or supplier’s warranty.
Because we source products from a variety of trusted brands and authorized suppliers, warranty coverage, length, and terms can differ for each product.
This page explains how warranties work, how to find warranty details for a specific item, and how to request warranty service.

2. Brand-Specific Warranty Coverage

  • Each product page on our website lists any known warranty coverage (for example, “5-year limited manufacturer warranty” or “Lifetime burner warranty”).
  • If a product page does not specify warranty details, you may contact us before purchase for brand-specific information.
  • Some brands offer limited warranties (e.g., 1-year parts & labor), while others provide extended or lifetime warranties on specific components (e.g., burners, fireboxes, stainless steel construction).
  • Certain accessories or consumables (such as covers, utensils, or propane tanks) may not include a manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Who Provides the Warranty

  • Manufacturer Warranty: In most cases, the warranty is issued directly by the brand/manufacturer. They are responsible for repair, replacement, or parts supply under the terms of their policy.
  • Supplier Warranty: For some private-label or exclusive products, the supplier may provide the warranty.
  • House Fire Grill acts as an authorized retailer and will assist you with the claim process, but warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer or supplier.

4. Warranty Duration

  • Warranty duration varies by brand and product line (e.g., 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or lifetime on specific components).
  • The warranty period always begins on the original purchase date shown on your order invoice.

5. What the Warranty Typically Covers

Typical coverage (may vary by brand):

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Replacement or repair of defective parts.
  • Some brands include labor for a specified period.

Not usually covered (unless stated otherwise):

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Damage from commercial use if the product is intended for residential use.
