Each piece is hand-cut and crafted utilizing premium grade stainless steel which accomplishes its sophisticated piano black finish through a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) Coating. Also known as sputtering, this technique utilizes a vaporization process to create an atom-bonded, strong ceramic layer in order to achieve its stunning black stainless shine and built-to-last quality.

ZLINE Hoods are ETL Listed and have one of the easiest installations in the industry. Includes two(2)-16 in. telescoping chimney pieces for approximately 8-9 ft. ceilings. Chimney Short Kits and Extensions (not included) are available for shorter or taller ceilings. Charcoal Filters (not included) are available for Ductless Options. Free Home Delivery

All orders include free home delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Delivery includes bringing items inside your home to the first dry, accessible area (such as an entryway or garage). Please ensure clear access on the delivery day, as carriers are unable to install or move items beyond the designated drop-off area.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3–5 business days after placing your order. Once the tracking number is sent, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking details to populate. For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Accessories including but not limited to: chimneys, short kits, extensions and trim kits are not returnable.

Restocking Fee

Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
