he Forno Capriasca 48 Inch dual fuel range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304 grade stainless steel design. The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. The 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners are perfect for boiling or searing and can also handle tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easy sliding of pots or pans off heat when desired. The two ovens have a combined capacity of 6.58 cu.ft. and boast a total output of 9,700 Watts, providing ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling. The blue enamel interiors make cleaning a breeze, while the 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. The right-side oven features a true convection fan function. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy-access stainless steel oven racks, reversible grill/griddle, complete rotisserie kit including skewer and forks, concave wok ring, an LP conversion kit and a NEMA 14-50P power cord. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.

        All orders include free shipping within the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or another trusted carrier based on product size and destination.

        For large or freight shipments, delivery is curbside only. The carrier will deliver the item to a dry, accessible area such as a driveway or garage entrance. Carriers are not responsible for bringing items inside the home, installation, or debris removal.

        Please ensure clear and safe access on the scheduled delivery date.

        Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

        Tracking details are typically provided within 3–5 business days after placing your order. Once tracking is issued, please allow 1–2 business days for updates to appear.

        For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to scheduling communications to avoid delays.

        Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days are not eligible for return approval.

        To qualify for a return, products must be:

        • Unused and uninstalled
        • In original packaging, including the box and pallet
        • In resalable condition

        A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to confirmed damage or defect.
