Delivery includes bringing items inside your home to the first dry, accessible area (such as an entryway or garage). Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Accessories including but not limited to: chimneys, short kits, extensions and trim kits are not returnable.

Restocking Fee

Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
